单裂隙模型水泥浆液渗透扩散规律研究

Study on Law of Cement Grout Osmotic Diffusion of Single Fracture Model

摘要: 针对基础的单裂隙岩体,采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件建立单裂隙岩体模型,研究不同因素影响下水泥浆液扩散速度及扩散距离的变化规律。研究结果表明:浆液的扩散半径不随水灰比变大而单调增加,而是存在合理的水灰比使浆液的扩散范围达到最大|浆液的扩散对裂隙张开度的变化十分敏感,而注浆压力的影响较小。研究成果可用于指导注浆工程实践,为定量设计注浆参数提供理论依据。

Abstract: In recent years, grouting is usually applied to reinforcing surrounding rock of roadway and preventing infiltration and water plugging, but grouting technology and grouting theory has lagged behind engineering practice, especially mechanism of grout osmotic did not make substantial progress. This paper starts from the single fracture rock , the model of single fracture model is established by using numerical simulation software of COMSOL Multiphysics, the changing law of grout’s diffusion distance and seepage pressure is studying under different water cement ratio, grouting pressure,and crack opening variation degree. Some conclusions and beneficial effects have been obtained by numerical simulation, and the research results can be used to guide grouting engineering practice, and the grouting effect can be quantitatively evaluated.
